Restaurant Le Saut aux Loups

From cellar to plate... a mushroom farmer's meal: "Galipettes farcies" (large button mushrooms) are baked in the oven and served on the terrace, overlooking the Loire, or in the cosy atmosphere of the troglodytic rooms.

Three heated rooms available:
- Small room in the old troglodytic dwelling, for individuals and groups of up to 24 people.
- Medium-sized room for up to 45 people.
- Large room, 100% troglodyte, furnished with flexible tables for groups of up to 120 people.

And a large terrace overlooking the Loire!

Le Saut aux Loups speciality: stuffed Galipettes - large button mushrooms filled with rillettes, andouilles, tuna/salmon duo, parsley butter or fresh goat's cheese, as you like it.

Baked in a real bread oven, you'll discover a typical Saumur dish that's both original and tasty! Mushroom-free, vegetarian and children's menus are also available.
