The property has two gîtes: "La Forge" for 4 people and "La Grange" for 6 people, accessible to people with reduced mobility thanks to its ground-level bedroom and adapted, fully-equipped shower room.

The 40 m² Gîte La Forge has a spacious 30 m² living room on the ground floor, comprising a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a spacious shower room and a WC.

The 90 m² Gîte La Grange has private access with electric gates and reserved parking spaces.
Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and WC for your privacy.
On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious 20 m² living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The gîte's two terraces allow you to enjoy the outdoors to your heart's content. One offers a beautiful view of the sunsets in complete privacy, with garden furniture and a barbecue available, while the other overlooks the swimming pool for moments of refreshment.

Take advantage of the shared areas of the 2 gîtes:
- a large 6000 m² garden with trees and fencing
- a swimming pool measuring 6 m by 12 m, between 28° and 30° (open in season; the dates will be given to you by the owners). The pool is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and parasols for your relaxation. You'll be able to travel light on your trip, as towels are provided.
- a games room with table tennis, table football, sports equipment and a bench for your entertainment and relaxation. In this area you'll also find a toilet, washing machine and ironing facilities for your convenience.

The 2 gîtes can be rented individually or together, at your convenience.
