The Ruelle aux Vaches gîte is located on the 1st floor of the house and can accommodate up to 6 people.
A second gîte, with disabled access, is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people, or up to 4 using the sofa.
This pleasant, light-filled 70 m² air-conditioned flat will be refurbished in spring 2023. It comprises a large living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with television, two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a balcony, the second with a double bed and 2 bunk beds.
You will also appreciate the swimming pool, which is shared with the other gîte, just a few metres from the house, the private car park, the locked bicycle shed...
Please note that pets are not allowed.
An ideal location for relaxing... and discovering this "Petite Cité de Caractère" (small town of character), a "Station Verte" (green resort) and one of Les Plus Beaux Détours de France (the most beautiful detours in France): a walk along the Thouet, opposite the gîte, which is wheelchair accessible.
There are also discovery walks and canoeing on the Thouet.
This holiday rental is located on the Vélo Francette itinerary and on the "Vignobles et Vallée du Thouet" cycling loop. Also nearby: shops, fishing, GR36, GR de Pays Saumur Val de Loire, trail... and the surrounding area, vineyards, troglodytes, numerous châteaux, good restaurants... 15' from Saumur and Doué-la-Fontaine...
