New accommodation in the heart of Montreuil-Bellay, close to the Thouet, the Vélo Francette and the Château... The two Gîtes des Nobis, with a total capacity of 8 to 10 people, welcome you all year round for holidays or short breaks.
Set of two gîtes:
- the Ruelle aux Vaches gite (air-conditioned) is located on the 1st floor of the house and can accommodate 6 people.
- the Gite du Thouet, accessible to people with reduced mobility, is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people, or up to 4 using the sofa.
Total capacity: 8 to 10 people.

Two bright, pleasant accommodations, refurbished in spring 2023 and Clévacances approved, to be booked separately or together!
You'll also appreciate the swimming pool, which can be shared between the two gîtes, the private car park, the locked bicycle shed...
Please note that pets are not allowed.
An ideal location for relaxing... and discovering this "Petite Cité de Caractère" (small town of character), a "Station Verte" (green resort) and one of Les Plus Beaux Détours de France (the most beautiful detours in France): a walk along the Thouet, opposite the gîte, which is wheelchair accessible.
There are also discovery walks and canoeing on the Thouet.
These holiday rentals are located on the Vélo Francette itinerary and on the "Vignobles et Vallée du Thouet" cycling loop.
