Come and stay at La Floréciane guest house, a beautiful building dating from the 17th and 18th centuries with 3 bedrooms:
- Garden side: 160x200cm bed, separate shower room and wc. Private outdoor space with garden furniture overlooking the garden.
- Courtyard side: 160x200cm bed, shower room and separate toilet. Private outdoor space with garden furniture overlooking the courtyard.
- La Venelle, 50m² family suite comprising 2 bedrooms: one with a 160x200cm bed and the other with 2 90x200cm beds. The suite also includes a living room with table and chairs, board games, an entrance hall, a shower room with shower, double washbasin unit and separate toilet. A suite on the 1st floor is accessible via an outside staircase.
All bedrooms have independent access from outside.
You can also make the most of the outside area, with its large 3,000m² garden planted with trees and beautiful 170m² courtyard surrounded by old buildings and greenery. Garden furniture, pergola, sun loungers, etc. to share in these communal areas. An adjoining room (unheated) also has a fridge and everything you need to make yourself a hot drink. A friendly place to play, eat and look at the many works of art on display.

On site: La Girouetterie, a weathervane-making workshop, and the Seigneurerie du Bois. Montreuil-Bellay, with its château on the banks of the Thouet and the Château de Brézé 10 minutes away. Saumur, the Cadre Noir, 13 minutes away. The Vélofrancette cycle route is 7 minutes away. Doué-la-Fontaine, the Bioparc Zoo and its many visits around troglodyte sites 15 minutes away. Fontevraud Abbey 17 minutes away. Towns on the banks of the Loire such as Turquant, Montsoreau and Candes St Martin are 20 minutes away. Angers is 1 hour away.
Don't forget to stroll through the surrounding vineyards and discover the local wines.
