Gite Le Pavillon du Château de Targé

Château de Targé is located in Parnay, between Saumur and Fontevraud Abbey. Set against the hillside, it boasts a magnificent view over the Loire and the surrounding area. Heated swimming pool, bicycles and wine tasting are available during your stay.

Gîte in the heart of the Saumur-Champigny vineyards, in the outbuilding of Château de Targé, a family-run organic estate in Parnay.

Located in the former flat of Henri Allain-Targé's mistress, with its terrace facing the Loire and the Château, the gîte was completely renovated in 2008 by decorator Daniel Kiener. Since then, we have welcomed couples all year round, for two days or a week, to enjoy our magnificent region.

On site, you can enjoy walks through the vineyards, either on foot or with the bikes provided, and a tasting of the estate's 10 wines at any time during your stay. In summer, you can also enjoy the estate's swimming pool in front of the vines.

There is an excellent bakery close by, and the road below leads directly to Saumur, Fontevraud-L'Abbaye or Chinon, with many tourist activities and excellent restaurants within easy reach.
