Welcome to this beautifully renovated residence, situated at the foot of the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, ideal for a family get-together. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, the outdoor swimming pool in the large enclosed garden planted with trees... and the view of the Abbey!

Spacious holiday home, on a quiet side street in the heart of the village, in a leafy setting.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a dining area and lounge, a kitchen, a utility room, a toilet and a bedroom with its own bathroom (bath, shower and toilet).
Upstairs, you will appreciate the second lounge with library area and piano. And four bedrooms.
The five bedrooms are spacious, each with its own shower room and toilet.
Each bedroom has a double bed (separable into 2 single beds, if you prefer), with the exception of the largest bedroom (non-separable double bed).
Pleasant garden with trees and flowers, shady areas, swing, garden furniture, deckchairs... and of course the swimming pool.

Near the gîte you'll find shops, boutiques, restaurants, etc.
You can also explore the village and surrounding area on foot, directly from your holiday rental (village heritage trail, GR3 and signposted walking loop). The Loire à Vélo cycle route is also just a short pedal away.
Don't miss a visit to the Martin de Candre family-run soap factory and its adorable museum!
There are plenty of places to visit in the region (châteaux, troglodyte caves, mushroom beds, wine cellars, etc.), as well as boat trips on the Loire...
