The village of Le Coudray-Macouard is both a Petite Citée de Caractère and a Village de Charme, and is also nicknamed "Le Village au 1000 Girouettes". Take the time to lose yourself in the old, flower-filled streets and appreciate the typical architecture of Le Coudray-Macouard.

In a small street with little traffic, you enter the flat via the enclosed, private courtyard (approx. 10m²) with its many plants, parasol, table and chairs.

The 22m² living area includes a lounge with sofa and Smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area.
Upstairs is a 12m² mezzanine bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and en-suite shower room with large shower, wc and small vanity unit.

Public parking is available 130m from the property. As the street is narrow, it is not possible to park in front of the gîte. The owners live in the house next door and will be delighted to welcome you and give you information on places to discover in the area:

In the village of Le Coudray Macouard: the Seigneurie du Bois, a beautiful 15th-century structure that can be visited in high season. Grocery shop 250m away.
Heritage lovers will love the châteaux of Saumur, Montreuil-Bellay Brézé, Montsoreau and Fontevraud Abbey. You can also discover the vineyards of the Saumur region with visits to the cellars and wine-tasting sessions. Many troglodyte sites can also be visited in the region.
