Discover a one-day course dedicated to edible and medicinal wild plants, in the heart of Anjou, in the heart of the unspoilt countryside of the Pays de la Loire region, ideal for observing and discovering wild flora. A day in the heart of two complementary biotopes

The day takes place in the commune of Écouflant, in two distinct biotopes that enrich the diversity of the plants encountered:

- Morning (9.30am - 12pm): banks of the Sarthe - wet biotope and meadow
An environment combining natural meadows and wetlands, ideal for learning to recognise common wild plants, which you can easily find near you anywhere in France.

- Afternoon (2 - 4.30pm): Parc des Sablières - sandy, sunny biotope
A luminous area with filtered soil where you can observe other plant species, including edible trees and wild berries, and discover their edible, medicinal and popular uses in the past.

This alternation of biotopes encourages intuitive understanding through sensory memory: textures, smells, silhouettes, flavours...
