Welcome to L'ENVOL restaurant in Marcé, an original bistronomic restaurant at Angers Loire airport.
Your captain Jean-Baptiste SOHN and his team are delighted to welcome you on board for New Year's Eve in an original setting reminiscent of the pioneers of aviation, alongside the airport runway.
The crew is here to take care of you and offer you a "First Class" flight for the best possible culinary experience so that we can travel together into the year 2026!
On the menu for this New Year's Eve dinner:
Amuse-bouches: Medallion of foie gras, apples deglazed with calvados, squash velouté with spices, Asian beef tartare
Starter: Makis with three fishes (salmon, tuna, cod), avocado, wasabi and tobiko
Fish : Roasted scallops, shellfish bisque, parsnip purée
Meat : Stuffed guinea fowl supreme, cream of morel mushrooms and pommes dauphine
Dessert: Crispy chocolate and caramel log with fleur de sel
And to round off the meal, a selection of hot drinks and mignardises.
