Until Thursday 22 January 2026, the Maison de Pays is hosting a free exhibition, open from 9.00am to 5.00pm, on the issues of sober land use and sustainable regional development.
Faced with the growing challenge of artificialising land, sober land use is an essential lever for preserving natural resources, ensuring the harmonious development of territories and guaranteeing a high-quality living environment for future generations.
With this in mind, the Ministries responsible for the Territories, Ecological Transition and Housing have designed the exhibition "Tailor-made solutions for adapting to the scarcity of resources and living well in our territories".
The aim of the exhibition is to show in practical terms the positive impact of sober land use and to demonstrate that it can contribute to the well-being of residents and local areas, without compromising their development. It will help to unite elected representatives, residents and developers around an inspiring story, highlighting urban forms and housing typologies that reconcile well-being, the preservation of biodiversity and new ways of living.
