3 days of festivities in Saint-Florent-le-Vieil to celebrate the 200th anniversary of Bonchamps' tomb.
The tomb of the Vendée general Charles de Bonchamps, illustrious leader of the Vendée Wars, created by David d'Angers, was installed in July 1825 in the abbey church of Saint-Florent-le-Vieil.
200 years later, the town of Mauges-sur-Loire is paying tribute to the soldier and the artist with 3 days of festivities! Immerse yourself in this historic adventure!
