BOUCLE VÉLO DES MARINIERS CHEFFES - JUVARDEIL

This 14-kilometre loop in the heart of the Basses Vallées Angevines, with its vast meadows flooded in winter, will take you past the villages of Cheffes and Juvardeil, past their ancient harbours that were very active in the days of the bargemen.

The route is signposted on shared lanes (marker 7), on small roads with little traffic, but you should still be vigilant.
Helmets are compulsory for children under 12, and strongly recommended for adults.
Take your time and be curious.

A sensitive natural area in the Maine-et-Loire department, this vast area where the Mayenne, Sarthe and Loir rivers meet is internationally recognised for its great heritage value, particularly its biodiversity and landscapes (Natura 2000).
- The villages of Cheffes and Juvardeil, history and heritage linked to the Sarthe. (Boating, mills, etc.).
