Les Elles du Moulin is a mother-daughter duo of creative winemakers who have been based in the Anjou - Val de Loire region since 1992. We cultivate 15 hectares of vines between Savennières and Rochefort-sur-Loire, on the banks of the Loire, using sustainable viticulture and HVE certification.

Our know-how is based on respect for the terroir and nature. The vinification is entrusted to Sylvie, who signs each cuvée with precision and sensitivity. It's a veritable alchemy of grape variety, soil, landscape and history.

Through our cuvées, we seek to convey an emotion, a memory, a moment. Wines to share, to discover... and to experience unforgettable moments.

A unique moment of discovery.

Les Elles invites you to follow them through a magnificent vineyard and exceptional landscape. They will introduce you to the art of ampelography: the science of identifying and describing grape varieties. A feminine name derived from the combination of two Greek words, ampelos (vine) and graphein (to write). The Sentier Sensoristique is unique in the Loire Valley. It's a trail based on the discovery and recognition of 8 Loire grape varieties, all in one place.
Close your eyes and imagine yourself overlooking the Loire Valley.
