DOMAINE HAUTE PERCHE

Estate created in 1966. It is located in the commune of St-Melaine-sur-Aubance, just outside Angers. Produces organic and biodynamic wines.

Located in the heart of the Aubance Valley, just 10 km from Angers, in the Anjou Noir terroirs, the Haute Perche estate extends over 26 hectares of living soil, farmed organically and biodynamically.

Created in the 1960s and taken over in 2019 by a lover of good wine, Haute Perche is the epitome of the Aubance terroir, where the gentleness of the river blends with the strength of the schist.

Thanks to the know-how of men and women committed to sustainable viticulture, we produce and vinify grapes destined for straightforward, subtle and elegant wines that are unique and renowned. The vines are planted around three blocks of rich, unique terroirs, defined by their exposure, subsoil and slope. Our winemaking and ageing processes are designed to show the greatest respect for the fruit, so that each berry expresses not only the place where it was born, but also the way in which we have shaped it.
