In the heart of the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Nature Park and the Petite Cité de Caractère of Puy-Notre-Dame, enjoy local cuisine. Every day, Chef David Beaufreton devises the menu according to what's available and his imagination.

There are no set menus here, just a menu that changes several times a week: creative local cuisine! Fresh, seasonal produce and home cooking. All served in a friendly, authentic atmosphere.
The wine list is also carefully selected: all the wines are organic, most of them local, so you can discover the many riches of the Loire Valley's terroirs and the many talents of our winemakers.
In fine weather, you can also enjoy the terrace at the foot of the Collegiate Church.
On the 2nd floor of the house, 3 guest rooms, all refurbished and carefully furnished, welcome you to extend your stay in the region.
