Beef takes pride of place, topped with a delicious 'special' hazelnut butter, accompanied by fresh chips or seasonal vegetables as much as you like, and oyster mushrooms grown in Doué la Fontaine, cooked in mustard. The entire menu is homemade. Wine list with wines from the Loire and further afield. Choice of wines by the glass. Children's menu. Wild line fish also available. Restaurant located in the heart of Saumur, opposite the theatre, on the route of the Loire à Vélo.
