- Menu to discover: "Galipettes" Saumur mushrooms, the chef's foie gras and home-made Anjou rillauds, pike-perch with beurre-blanc", rabbit with Saumur Blanc, gluten-free walnut cake...
+ Worker's lunch during the week: 1 starter + 1 main course OR 1 main course + 1 dessert (or cheese).
