Restaurant Les Caves de Marson

This first troglodytic restaurant offers you a meal of fouées, topped with local and artisanal products, in an exceptional setting.

During a candlelit meal, you can watch the fouées being baked in a period oven, then enjoy them topped with local produce. Fouées are small loaves of bread baked in a wood-fired oven that date back to ancient times. François Rabelais immortalised them in his work "Gargantua".
