A passionate winemaker, Bruno Paillocher will help you rediscover wine through his work and his commitment to the environment: conversion to organic farming, traditional winemaking, maturing in oak barrels.

The small team at Domaine de la Grézille welcome you with their individual skills: Anne and Lucien at the reception, Fanny working in the vines or in the cellar, and Bruno, the winemaker... and handyman as in any self-respecting winery!
You'll find a wide choice of wines: still and sparkling wines, traditional wines, original cuvées and grape juices.
Proud of their biodiversity and their terroirs, their conversion to organic farming was a logical next step. Their motto: "Let nature take its course!
Vines undergoing conversion to organic farming: grassing, tillage and the absence of fertilisers mean that the grapes are of excellent quality, with great terroir typicity. The wine is made naturally, without the addition of commercial ferments, and is matured for many years in oak barrels.
