Bois Mozé is a charming wine estate in the Anjou region, located in the commune of Coutures.

On the hills above Coutures, the Bois Mozé vineyards stretch across an exceptional clay-limestone terroir, dominated by its 15th-century tower, the estate’s symbol.
Certified organic since 2017 and committed to agroforestry, we cultivate our vines with respect for nature and biodiversity.

At the helm of the estate since 2004, Mathilde Giraudet has assembled a team with varied and complementary backgrounds. This diversity of experience is a real asset to the estate.

Whether you prefer delicate, powerful, full-bodied, fresh or sparkling wines… you’ll find the perfect wine for you amongst our selection of AOCs: Anjou Blanc, Rosé de Loire, Cabernet d’Anjou, Anjou Rouge, Anjou Village, Crémants de Loire and even Coteaux de l’Aubance.

We organise two Open Days a year: one in spring (the last weekend in April) to discover the new vintages, and one in winter (December) to get ready for the festive season.

Throughout the year, we offer a range of activities at the estate!

Opening hours:
Summer season (from Easter to October): Monday to Saturday, 11.00 am to 7.00 pm, non-stop.
Winter season (from October to Easter): Monday to Saturday* from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
*Closed on Sundays and public holidays.

A fun walking tour with Valérie to gain a deeper understanding of our history and our work. A gourmet tasting on your return.

THE LORDS OF BOIS MOZE, our Escape Game:
100% wine and history! Come and discover the history of the Lords of Bois Mozé through a cooperative game, in which you’ll investigate to uncover the estate’s rightful heir.
Through a series of puzzles and brainteasers, you’ll learn a little more about the estate’s history and its wines – will you be able to unravel our secrets?

THE BOIS MOZE COMPASS, our orienteering challenge:
Explore the vineyards on an orienteering trail and encounter the bats – our invaluable allies in the face of the challenges posed by climate change. With family or friends, take on the challenges and make your way from marker to marker.
