An unusual cruise on the Loire in a houseboat, between Angers and Nantes, is possible with the "toue cabanée", Anguille sous Roche, with a pilot present only during the navigation.

Discover the Anguille sous Roche, a traditional Loire boat fully equipped with all the comforts of home. On board you'll find a bedroom sleeping 4, a kitchen with fridge and induction hob, a bathroom with shower and dry toilet, and a terrace with a view of the river.
Cruises depart from Saint Florent le Vieil in the summer, a charming little town full of character, and Ancenis in the winter (November to April).

In addition to spending the night on board, if you wish, you can sail on the Loire at an extra cost (€60 per hour, including pilot (subject to availability) and fuel. )

With this package, you'll enjoy some sailing time (around 3 hours a day) accompanied by your professional pilot, Fabien, who will tell you all about the secrets and anecdotes of the Royal River. Outside this time, you'll have the chance to explore the villages along the Loire where you'll be stopping off.
Several routes are available between Angers and Nantes. An ultra-original holiday with a change of scenery, in the heart of the great river (€180 per day of navigation (around 3 hours), including pilot, fuel and pilot's transport).

The "toue cabanée" is a very stable boat, so you can make the most of life on board. As the cruise progresses, you can dine at sunset on the boat's terrace, take time to read to the rhythm of the lapping water, or play with your children. When you set foot on land, enjoy a Loire fish in a guinguette or visit the heritage of the small Loire villages.

The stopovers are selected so that you have easy access to amenities on foot or by bike. You'll have a road book on the boat, with maps of the different ports of call, the locations of shops, good restaurants and bars, and places worth seeing! Two folding bicycles are available on board.

In 3 days, you'll get to know the Loire. In a week, you can enhance your stay by discovering typical villages along the Loire and making a diversion to a tributary!
