The property, built in 1877 of tufa and slate, is located in a very quiet hamlet in the heart of the Anjou vineyards, 15 minutes from Angers and close to Brissac and its château. The south-facing farmhouse, renovated as a 3-star gîte, is set apart from the other outbuildings and has a private terrace and direct access to more than 2,000 m² of garden and a children's play area.The furnished accommodation can sleep 10 to 12 people.
