Outside, you'll enjoy a relaxing and peaceful environment, either on your private terrace in the shade of the mulberry tree or by the pool.

Located on the ground floor of this beautiful stone house, with its own entrance, the bedroom is comfortable and beautifully decorated: double bed 160x200cm, television. Shower room (walk-in shower, double washbasin unit, hairdryer), WC and dressing room. A courtesy tray awaits you to quench your thirst at any time of day: kettle, tea, coffee, water, biscuits.

Every morning, Philippe and Léonor will serve you a gourmet breakfast in the living room or on the terrace: hot drinks, pastries, bread, homemade jam, etc. Table d'hôtes is also available, at €28 per person (starter, main course, cheese, dessert and drinks) and €18 for children under 12. Reservations can be made up to 48 hours before your stay. Table d'hôtes is not available on 24, 25, 31 December and 1 January.

Between discovering the vineyards, châteaux, forest walks and visits to sites and towns, you'll find plenty to do less than 1 hour from the house: Angers and Terra Botanica 20 minutes away, the banks of the Loire 30 minutes, Saumur 45 minutes, the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier 1 hour away, etc. For cycling enthusiasts, the Vallée du Loir à Vélo cycle route is just 500m from Angers, crossing the Basses vallées angevines. Just 5 minutes away, you can take advantage of a landscaped area on the banks of the Loir: beach, picnic tables, children's play area (supervised swimming in July and August). And in summer, don't forget to sample the pleasures of the waterside guinguettes.
