Charming single-storey gîte for 4 in the Layon vineyards with swimming pool and pretty private garden!

Stay in the heart of the vineyards, where you can combine relaxation, nature and wine discoveries. This gîte, run by a passionate independent winemaker, invites you to share his love of vines and wine in an authentic, natural setting. Just 4 km away, enjoy wine tastings of the wines produced by your host, who lives on site.

Inside the gîte: 22 m² living room with dining area, cosy sitting room with leather sofa and television. Small kitchen with gas cooker and oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer. (Note: no dishwasher).

2 large, comfortable bedrooms: one with a 140x190 cm bed, bright and with a view over the vineyards. The other with two single beds (90x190 cm), ideal for children or friends, with views over the terrace and surrounding vineyards. Shower room with large shower, vanity unit and wc.

Outside, enjoy your private 120 m² garden, fully enclosed, with magnificent views over the vineyards. Relax under the wooden gazebo, enjoy a barbecue, aperitif and meal in front of the beautiful view.

Beautiful shared swimming pool: Enjoy a secure swimming pool (8x4m, 1.55 m deep, heated to around 28°C), open from mid-May to the end of September, or longer if the weather permits. The pool is shared with the neighbouring gîte (H49G030541 : Les Poils de Lièvre). You can book the 2 gîtes to accommodate up to 6 people on the property!

In winter, a small wood-burning stove provides warmth and a cosy atmosphere (with wood supplied and included in the price).

Peaceful, tranquil setting: Situated along a communal road accessible only to the owners and workers in the vineyards, the property is a haven of peace, ideal for relaxing, recharging your batteries and enjoying nature in complete tranquillity.
