Le Sacré gîte

Beautiful gîte for 15 people in a former presbytery, a stone's throw from the centre of Châteauneuf-sur-Sarthe, in the Anjou Bleu region.

The "sacré gîte" is located in the commune of Châteauneuf-sur-Sarthe, just a few dozen metres from the banks of the river Sarthe. An old 19th century building, Léa has brought this former presbytery up to date as a gite for up to 15 people.
The ground floor comprises a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing-up facilities, an interconnecting lounge and dining room, and a first bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and its own bathroom and WC (PRM access).
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms:
- The cocoon with a 180/190 bed or two 90/190 beds plus a 120/180 bed.
- La Tropicale with one 180/190 bed or two 90/190 beds.
These have a shared bathroom with shower and WC.
- The industrial with a 180/190 bed and WC.
- The graphic room with one 180/190 or two 90/190 beds with shower and WC.
A laundry room with washing machine and a baby kit with cot, bath and high chair are also available.
There is also a games room and a dormitory with 6 beds and a shower room and WC.
The municipal swimming pool is open from mid-May to September, with a free 10-entry card.
