Le Pré-Madelon

The Pré-Madelon gîte, set in a beautiful green setting, is a small one-bedroom gîte for 4 people, ideal for a couple or small family. Situated 10km from the banks of the Loire, between Angers, Cholet and Nantes, the location is perfect for walks in the vineyards, on the rolling hillsides and along the banks of the Loire.

This small stone house dating from the 2nd half of the 19th century was renovated in 2024. This detached house (75m²) offers all the comforts you need for a stay in the countryside: pretty private garden around the house, small west-facing terrace in front of the gite, 1800m² of land planted with trees and with a lawn, views over the countryside, and a covered area to shelter your bikes or your car.

Inside, there is a 25m² living room with sofa, television, dining area and access to the terrace. Take 2 small steps down to the kitchen: new fitted kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer... (no dishwasher). A large bay allows you to step out into the garden for your meals.

The 23m² bedroom has 1 double bed (140x190cm) and 2 single beds (90x190cm).

From the kitchen: access to the boiler room which leads to the wc and shower room with shower and washbasin.

Nearby, take advantage of your pied-à-terre in the vineyards to taste local wines at winegrowers', visit the typical Loire villages of Chalonnes-sur-Loire, Savennières and the island of Béhuard, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Bioparc is 40 minutes away, Le Puy du Fou 45 minutes, Angers 30 minutes and Saumur 55 minutes.

A single bed can be installed in the living room to provide two sleeping areas.
Wifi internet connection, on-site parking, property not enclosed, animals not permitted due to the presence of cattle in the surrounding fields. 2 steps down to the kitchen and 2 small steps down to the shower room/wc/boiler room.
