2-person gîte with vegetable garden

Just 20 minutes north of Angers, enjoy a natural break in a building full of character. This former stable dating from 1800 has been carefully restored in the local style, with original beams, roof timbers and cob. Situated on the family estate, you will be accommodated in a completely private space with no overlooking, yet close to the owners' house.

The 72m² gîte has a beautiful 50m² living room on the ground floor: fitted kitchen, large comfortable dining area, lounge with TV sofa and wood-burning stove. Small utility room and wc with washbasin.

Upstairs, there is a 15m² bedroom with 1 x 160x200cm bed. The adjoining shower room is partially open onto the bedroom: large tiled shower and vanity unit.

Direct access to the enclosed, south-west-facing, naturally shaded garden is via the living room.
Outside, enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside thanks to the small lounge, the garden furniture for meals with a plancha grill and two sun loungers. The grounds are planted with trees and are not overlooked. In season, the owners' vegetable garden is open to you free of charge.
Just 20 minutes from Angers, you'll be able to take full advantage of the peaceful, natural surroundings.
Stroll along the surrounding footpaths starting from the gîte and discover a fishing spot just a few minutes away.

Take advantage of the towpath that runs alongside the Mayenne: 4 kilometres from the gîte is the Vélofrancette route, ideal for cycling or walking. You'll also have easy access to the main routes between Angers/Rennes, Angers/Nantes and Angers/Le Mans.

Arrival possible from 7pm on weekdays and 4pm at weekends.
Bed linen hire included (beds made up on arrival). Limited telephone coverage but good wifi connection. Baby equipment available on site (high chair, cot and stair gate). Private car park.
Electricity (over 56 kwh), wood-burning stove (€80.00 per stere) and tourist tax are extra.
