You’ll be situated in the heart of the village, 150 metres from the banks of the River Sarthe – ideal for walks and fishing in unspoilt natural surroundings. Centrally located, it is 2½ hours from Paris, 30 minutes from Angers, 1 hour from Le Mans and Saumur, and 1½ hours from Rennes, Tours and Nantes.
On the ground floor, the large, impressive and light-filled 70m² lounge opens onto the grounds and the terrace. Here you’ll find a table football table and a TV area. The living room features dining tables and a spacious lounge area for relaxation. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen-diner features: 2 ovens, 2 induction hobs, 2 large fridges, 1 freezer, a dishwasher, a range of food processors and small appliances. These very spacious areas are ideal for your gatherings in an exceptional setting.
