The interior is cosy and functional:
- Ground-floor living room with convivial lounge and television, open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.
- 2 bright bedrooms upstairs (one with two 80x200cm beds that can be converted into a double bed and the other with 1 160x200cm bed)
- Shower room with walk-in shower (basin, hairdryer, etc.)
- Separate WC on the ground floor
- Reversible air conditioning for optimum comfort, summer and winter alike

Relaxation area in the basement: private spa to unwind after a long bike ride or day of sightseeing - darts for fun with family and friends.

Perfect for cyclists: On the Loire à Vélo route? Stop off and make yourself at home. The gîte has a secure bike room with an electric socket for recharging your bikes. Set off to tackle the river rested and with your batteries full.
