The accommodation is arranged so that everyone can enjoy their own private space, while sharing some of the communal areas.

You'll be 15 minutes from the banks of the Loire and the Chateau de Serrant. Visit the towns of Montjean-sur-Loire, Chalonnes-sur-Loire, La Possonnière... Take a trip to the island of Béhuard, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Reach Angers in 25 minutes.
While you're there, experience life in a former caravan from the Paris throne fair. Entirely renovated and redecorated by the owner, this 17m² gipsy caravan offers comfort and optimum use of space.

The caravan comprises a 4.50m² bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm). The 10m² living area includes a dining area, an optimised kitchenette (fridge, freezer, multi-function microwave, sink, coffee machine, toaster, 2 gas rings) and a BZ (160cm x 200cm) sleeping area for 2 other people. Once folded, it serves as a cosy lounge with television.

The 2.60m² shower room ergonomically combines a washbasin with mirror and shelves, a toilet and a shower.

From the living area: the wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Large shared outdoor area with lots of activities for children: swings, slides, football goal, table tennis, petanque area, wooden house, seesaw, not forgetting the swimming pool and a few chickens and goats.
The property is fully enclosed and designed to accommodate families with children.

The caravan is air-conditioned and newly insulated. It can be rented all year round.
On the same site, you can also rent the Chalet l'Echo des Bois (ref H49G029100), the Roulotte Insouciante (ref H49G015100) and/or the gîte La Chevalerie (ref H49G015099). Possibility of accommodating 17 people on the same site.

Swimming pool: open from early May to late September from 10am to 8pm, heated, shared with holidaymakers from other accommodation, secured by a pool enclosure. Dimensions: 9 x 4.5m. Depth: 0.70m to 1.70m.

On-site parking. Wifi internet connection. Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival. Extra charge: electricity above 8 kwh/day.
