The banks of the Mayenne and its towpath, 5 minutes away. The banks of the Loire, its cycle route and its guinguettes (dance halls) 20 minutes away. Looking for a cultural outing? Attend a performance at the Grand Théâtre in Angers city centre. The Château du Plessis-Macé is just 5 minutes away. For shoppers, the Atoll and its many shops are 10 minutes away. A host of water-based activities await young and old at Lac de Maine (dinghy, catamaran, windsurfing, canoeing and kayaking), 15 minutes away (swimming available).

On the ground floor, the gîte comprises a small living room with a lounge and flat-screen TV / dining room and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen. Both rooms have access to the outside. There is a WC on the ground floor.
The first floor comprises a bedroom with a 140cm x 200cm bed and en-suite shower room.
The second floor comprises a bedroom with a 160 cm X 200 cm bed (which can be split into two 80 cm X 200 cm beds) and its en suite shower room, as well as a separate WC.
There are two bedrooms in the attic, each with a 160cm x 200cm bed (or two twin 80cm x 200cm beds). They both have independent access and are linked by a shower room.

Outside there is a flower garden, a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue and a shed with tumble dryer and extra fridge.

A wi-fi internet connection, a cot and a high chair are available in this accommodation. Electricity above 8kwh and gas heating are extra. Public parking spaces available. Fishing available in the Grélories pond, 300m from the gîte.
