Ideally situated for exploring the treasures of the region: vineyards, villages on the banks of the Loire, the Château de Brissac 10 minutes away, the city of Angers and the Terra Botanica plant park, troglodyte caves and Saumur 40 minutes away. The gîte is 200m from the Angers golf course.

If you're keen on walking, there's a footpath from the gîte down to the Loire, or you can take a stroll through the wine-growing landscapes (with an interpretation trail entitled "La vigne au fil du temps", where you can discover the secrets of the vine), the Parc des Garennes and the banks of the Loire. And don't miss the summer guinguettes for a meal by the water.

Entirely on one level, the gîte opens onto the 16m² living room: lounge area with television, sofa bed (additional 140x190cm bed available on request) and brand-new, fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, filter or pod coffee maker as you prefer, kettle, microwave/grill, small fridge, washing machine, etc.). - no oven or dishwasher). With direct access to the private terrace, the 13m² bedroom has a 160x200cm double bed and large dressing area. Shower room (washbasin, vanity unit, hairdryer) and WC.

Outside, there is a private wooden terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and relaxation area. You can also take advantage of the owners' garden (with access to the pool, spa, hammocks, swing, slide and trampoline).

Sophie and Sébastien welcome you to the extension of their house and offer you use of the spa all year round and their heated swimming pool from May to the end of September and longer if the weather is fine (roller shutter - 9mx4mx1.20 to 1.50m with underwater deck).
