Just 25 km from Angers and 40 km from Saumur, you can explore the heritage of the Loire Valley: the châteaux of Brissac just 10 minutes away, villages on the banks of the Loire, troglodyte caves... and walks or bike rides through the surrounding vineyards.

Marie, a milliner, opens the doors of her home to you and shares her passion for hats in her living room, which has been transformed into a showroom. On the 1st floor of her house, you will find a private area of 41m² :
- bedroom with 160x200cm bed and en-suite shower room
- living room with sofas and television (Netflix, DVD player, games, library)
- private separate WC

Enjoy the wooded garden, volleyball court and owners' swimming pool (3mx9mx1.50m - secure dome), open from 9am to 8pm.
In the morning: breakfast with homemade and regional products in the dining room or on the terrace between 7.30am and 10am.

Pets welcome on request (there is a dog in the house). Private parking in the gated property (car port). Secure bicycle storage.
