Pierre and Marie welcome you to the heart of the vineyards of Angers, in the Layon valley, for a stay to suit your tastes: wine tourism, gastronomy, nature, culture & heritage, sport, well-being,....

We are 25 km south of Angers, in the heart of the Layon valley and close to the Loire.

You can enjoy the garden, walk to the shops (4 minutes) including the "Popotte et Pompette" restaurant, and to the Vine and Wine Museum (1 minute). You are just a few minutes from the many footpaths, including those of the Pont Barré nature reserve, 30 minutes from the TERRA BOTANICA plant park, 45 minutes from the Puy du Fou theme park and cinéscénie, 1 hour from the châteaux of the Loire and Nantes, and 2 hours from the Futuroscope.
Depending on your interests, you can go hiking, visit the châteaux of Serrant or Brissac, the museums of Angers and the tapestry of the Apocalypse, the kangaroo park, the animal biopark at Doué la Fontaine, or go to restaurants to suit your budget and tastes. Several wellness areas with SPA, sauna and hamman are nearby. We can also offer you an individual yoga session with Chin Chin or a personalised cookery class with Blandine.
We can also invite you to discover the vineyards:
- by bike or electric scooter with 1tour2roues ;
- on a little train with the Chalonnes tourist office;
- in a hot-air balloon with Gagnebert Evolution;
- by boat on the Loire for a tasting trip with Les Chalandoux on the Gabarot;
- guided walks in the vineyards with Les Vignes selon VAl.

THE ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor: a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a shower room. You will find an induction hob, a microwave, a mini oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a fridge and everything you need to cook (good quality).
The BZ sofa can be used to sleep up to 6 people.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Outside: garden furniture, weber barbecue and games.
We prepare the beds and provide bathroom and household linen, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel and washing-up liquid.

We are always ready to listen to your needs and can lend you a cot, board games, etc. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any special requirements.
Prices are fixed according to the number of people (from 2) and become very degressive beyond 2 people or for a stay of 4 nights or more.
We charge a supplement of 15 euros/night for the first 2 people requesting 2 rooms.
