Welcome to L’Epinasserie, the ideal holiday cottage for stays with family or friends, featuring 3 bedrooms and a range of children’s games. Set in lush green surroundings in the peaceful countryside, you’ll be just 40 minutes from Cholet and Saumur.
Committed to the environment, the owners, who live on site, will be delighted to welcome you to this haven of peace and help you explore the Anjou region.

On the ground floor, the holiday home comprises a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bread oven and a television; the blue bedroom with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed; a bathroom with a large walk-in shower; and a separate toilet. Adjoining the kitchen, the lounge features a wood-burning stove, a smart TV, table football and a carrom board (Indian billiards), which will delight young and old alike. Paintings from the art gallery in Rablais-sur-Layon are on display in this room. The stairs from the living room lead to a cosy bedroom under the eaves (with separate access), featuring a 140 cm x 190 cm bed (6.1 m² at 1.80 m) and en-suite facilities (walk-in shower and toilet). Please note that the height of the bedroom door is 1.50 m. Upstairs, the third bedroom, set under the eaves, features one 140 x 190 cm bed and one single bed measuring 90 x 190 cm (a bedroom under the eaves with a floor area of 20 m² and a usable area of 7 m² at a height of 1.80 m). A play area on the mezzanine level with a sofa bed will delight the little ones. Fans are provided in all bedrooms and living areas.

Outside, enjoy a landscaped courtyard of 250 m², with a covered area for your summer evenings: a west-facing decking terrace with a barbecue and deckchairs. To the south-west, you’ll find a second outdoor area, including a 3,500 m² wooded garden shared with the owners, featuring plenty of outdoor play equipment for children (swings, seesaw, sandpit), as well as a pétanque court. Molkky, pétanque for children and adults, Palato, Cornhole and Solfo are provided by the owners so you can enjoy the outdoors whilst having fun.

Working from home whilst on holiday is possible thanks to a high-speed internet connection (Orange – Wi-Fi or wired). The following equipment is provided: a desk, an extension lead, a multi-socket adaptor and a desk lamp.
Baby equipment: high chair, cot, baby bath and changing table.
