Gites du Theil

Enjoy a large farmhouse gite with indoor pool, jacuzzi and sports area, located in the countryside of La Boutouchère, 5 km from Saint-Florent-le-Vieil and the banks of the Loire.

Just next to the "Chevretheil" goat farm are the two adjoining gîtes at Le Theil, with a total capacity of 15 people (5 bedrooms - 10 beds). You can rent one or both gîtes.

The gîtes are 70 and 100 m² in size and have large outdoor areas with games for children.

The first gite has a living room, lounge and kitchen, 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: double bed + 1 cot; bedroom 2: double bunk bed + 1 cot), a games room, a laundry area and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

The second gite has a living room, dining room, kitchen and upstairs 3 bedrooms (bedroom 1: bunk bed for 2 + 1 person; bedroom 2: bed for 2 + bed for 1 person + cot; bedroom 3: bed for 2 + bed for 1 person), a shower room and separate toilet.

The gite's little extra? A relaxation area with exercise equipment, a 6-seater Jacuzzi and an indoor swimming pool, all available free of charge!
