Spacious, charming duplex apartment (100 m²) with all modern comforts, on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a Parisian-style building, located at the corner of the pedestrian streets, close to the theatre and opposite the bridge over the Loire.

With a large, bright living room and separate kitchen, this furnished holiday apartment has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160), plus two other sleeping areas equipped with good quality convertible beds (140 cm): one is located upstairs, in a cosy little room accessible via the spiral staircase, and the second is in the living room.
This flat can accommodate 2 to 6 people. It can be rented all year round, for short stays (3 days minimum) or long stays.

Saumur, whose name evokes fine bubbles and still wines, is a lively town.
Discover its castle, its equestrian tradition "Le Cadre Noir" and its heritage on the Loire, all of which have earned it two UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
