The simple luxury of the countryside... Welcome to the Gîte du Moulin Gasté - Farmilly, a 3-bedroom, detached house full of character on the outskirts of the village of Grézillé, in the commune of Gennes-Val-de-Loire!

A range of accommodation in an unusual and rejuvenating environment: 7 hectares of gardens (with a permaculture vegetable garden, greenhouse, beehives, flower beds, orchards, pond and stream) and meadows, managed 100% naturally.
A haven of nature, ideal for getting together with friends or family, from 1 to 6 people. Pets are welcome and can also enjoy a large enclosed garden.

The accommodation comprises two cottages made of tuffeau stone, typical of the region, which were renovated with great care and taste in spring 2023 and now form a single unit.
The first maisonette has a living room with fireplace and fitted kitchen, with terracotta floor tiles.
Upstairs is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom (shower and WC).
A covered patio illuminated by a large bay window leads to the second house with another bedroom (double bed) and a third bedroom on the mezzanine (two single beds), a bathroom (shower, washing machine) and a WC.

Accommodation extras :
- tea, coffee, herbal teas (lime blossom, verbena etc.), as well as eggs, organic fruit and vegetables in season.
- beds are made up for your arrival and towels provided.
- guided vegetable picking (with Frédéric, the farm manager), from May to October.

Grézillé is in the heart of the Aubance vineyards, just 10 minutes from Brissac-Quincé, 15 minutes from Gennes and the banks of the Loire, halfway between Angers and Saumur (25 minutes).
On the programme for your stay: gastronomy and discovering the vineyards, natural and built heritage: mills, châteaux, troglodyte sites, hot-air balloon flights over the region...
