Situated between Angers and Tours, in the heart of a beautiful tufa stone property, the 4-person Laurielles gîte welcomes you to a calm, well-kept environment, with a swimming pool and large outdoor areas.

The small village of Les Ulmes is surrounded by vineyards and just 13 minutes from Saumur and the Loire. You'll also be 10 minutes from Doué-la-Fontaine, with its famous Bioparc and numerous troglodyte sites.

Private outdoor area with 55 m² wooden terrace, furnished with wrought-iron garden furniture, lounge area, parasols and gas hob, ideal for meals and relaxing outdoors. You will also have access to the rest of the property, a vast 2,500m² area to be shared with B&B guests: lawn, orchard, children's games, badminton net, football goal, petanque pitch, sauna...

On the ground floor, there is a cosy 28m² living room with pellet stove, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen (including airfryer). Television with Chromecast. Separate utility room and WC.

Upstairs, two comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms: one with two 90 x 190 cm beds and one with a 160 x 200 cm bed and television. On the landing, bathroom with free-standing bath, walk-in shower, vanity unit and WC.

From the terrace, access to the secure swimming pool, enclosed by walls and protected by a lockable gate, to be shared with guests of the chambre d'hôtes. A bike shed and bike loan facilities are available on site.

The owners will be delighted to welcome you and advise you on outings and discovering the surrounding vineyards. The gîte is ideally situated for exploring the Anjou region: the Château de Saumur, the Cadre Noir, troglodytic caves, the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud 25 minutes away, the banks of the Loire, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and villages full of character. Nature lovers will love the cycling itineraries, the Loire à Vélo cycle route, the hikes and the wine-growing landscapes typical of the region.
