Rural gîte in a stone and brick house, formerly "les communs du château de l'Assay". The gîte comprises a separate, fully-equipped kitchen: cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, a living room with a large fireplace and wood-burning stove, sofas and stylish armchairs, a sofa bed, breakfast area; a dining room for 8 to 10 people, upstairs: a large bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), a sofa bed, a bathroom with WC. Views over the countryside. The garden has a terrace area with garden furniture and barbecue. The swimming pool, heated between June and September, is shared with the owners. The house is situated on the edge of the forest, very close to the hiking trails. The owners have alpacas, which will delight young and old with their gentleness.
