Discover this great new accommodation offering in the heart of the Anjou countryside, in a place steeped in history, in the commune of Gennes-Val-de-Loire, 5 km from the banks of the Loire. Welcome to the "Le Vieux Pressoir" gîte, which sleeps 2 to 4 people.

Ideally located between Angers and Saumur, 5 km from the banks of the Loire, this rental property is an invitation to come and recharge your batteries in the Loire Valley, between wooded hills, footpaths, fields of flowers and vineyards.
Peace and quiet at the heart of the estate, and an ideal location for exploring and visiting the region, on foot, by car, by bike or on horseback...

The Domaine des Bas Prés has two gîtes (self-catering cottages) linked to the winegrowing history of the area, as well as the owners' house, situated below. They will be delighted to advise you on your stay and share their local favourites with you.

The second gîte, "La maison du Maître de Chai", sleeps 6.
Both gîtes have a private area with garden furniture and shared areas. They can be rented together or separately. The shared areas are the car park, the garden around the swimming pool and the pool itself.

Le Vieux Pressoir" is an old wine press that has been completely and superbly restored.
It has a large, pleasant living room of over 60 m² with a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed. A catamaran net is installed in the extension of the mezzanine, allowing young and old alike to relax above the living room! You can also sleep two people on the sofa bed in the living room.

The large, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. There's also a storage room, a shower room and a library/teleworking area. The entire property has electric shutters and blackout blinds.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, games and bicycles are available on request. You'll also have the pleasure of seeing the owners' pets: chickens, small dog, cats and horses.
