With a covered, heated swimming pool, Le Riez gîte sleeps 6 and is ideal for a break with family or friends, with plenty of activities on site (pedal go-karts, trampoline, swing, relaxation room, fitness room...).
Ideally located in Doué-la-Fontaine, the Le Riez gîte is a welcoming place where comfort, relaxation and conviviality come together.
On one level, it has a living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen, for convivial moments with family or friends, and 3 comfortable bedrooms: a double bedroom with a bed (180 cm) or two separate beds (90 cm) and its en suite shower room with WC, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and a last bedroom with two single beds. A second shower room, separate toilet and washing machine room are also available.
The property has two independent gîtes, Le Riez and L'Imprévu (which also sleeps 6). For added privacy and tranquillity, each gîte has its own access, private parking and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
The relaxation facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and outdoor areas, are shared between the two accommodations. The swimming pool, set in 5,000 m² of beautifully landscaped gardens, is salt-treated to ensure that the water is soft and pleasant. With its generous dimensions (5 m wide, 10 m long and a depth varying from 0.80 to 2.10 m), it is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing swim. Open from 5 April to 28 September 2025, it is a real place of relaxation and well-being for all our guests.
You can also take advantage of the games room, ideal for entertaining the whole family, and the fitness room to stay active and relaxed during your stay.
