Welcome to the Gîte "Le Colombier des Sentis", a superb holiday rental for 6 people nestled in a remarkable and superbly landscaped setting. This former dovecote, completely renovated in 2021, welcomes you all year round.

This gîte is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the hamlet of Milly, in the commune of Gennes-Val-de-Loire.
The property has been beautifully restored and is extremely charming, with troglodytic caves surrounding the garden. From the gîte, you can easily set off to discover the region and all its treasures, particularly the troglodyte caves, but also the vineyards, the banks of the Loire, the hiking trails, the châteaux...

This carefully decorated, cosy house has a pleasant living room with sitting area, dining area with direct access to the terrace and a fitted kitchen, also with direct access to the terrace.
There are two bedrooms, one with a 160cm double bed, the second with two single beds. Additional sleeping accommodation is available in the mezzanine with a double bed (140cm), overlooking the living area.
You'll also enjoy the outdoors: garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, in the peace and quiet of the Anjou countryside. The garden is large and enclosed, with private parking.

Please note: the owner, who will give you a warm welcome, has a second gîte on this road, Gîte Les Sentis, for 6 people. Each gîte is completely independent, but you can rent the two together if you wish to bring 12 people together.
