Your stay begins with a warm welcome from Christiane Monroche at number 13 rue des Païens, in a private mansion that once belonged to Jean de Vallois, secretary to King Louis XV. The elegant carriage entrance, carved in the shape of a half-moon, opens onto the courtyard of honour.

It's upstairs that you'll be able to drop off your suitcases in a characterful 54 m2 flat that respects the authenticity of the place while being fully equipped.

Outside, you can relax in the communal garden or go for a walk to discover Saumur's historic quarter, the Château de Saumur, the Musée des Blindés, the cavalry or take advantage of the town's many summer events.
