At the heart of the Angers, Saumur, Cholet triangle, the commune of Lys-Haut-Layon is the ideal starting point for your trips around Anjou, with its superb parks including Le Parc Oriental de Maulévrier, Camifolia, Terra Botanica...

Completely refurbished in 2024, the house is cosy and comfortable.
On the ground floor, you'll find a brand-new, fully-equipped kitchen with quality appliances and a range of equipment (waffle maker, raclette machine, blender, pod coffee maker, etc.).
Living room with dining area for 8 people, cosy lounge with pellet stove, comfortable sofa and armchair, connected TV.
The first bedroom, facing north and very cool in summer, with a view over the fields, has 2 90x200cm beds. Next door, bathroom with whirlpool bath, washbasin and washing machine. Separate WC.

Upstairs, a suite with a small bedroom measuring 11.30m² (6m² at 1.80m), a 160x200cm bed, a corridor with storage space and a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. A mezzanine area with 2 single beds (80x200cm) can accommodate an extra 2 people on request or be used as a lounge.

Private outdoor space of 450m² with a south-facing terrace in front of the house, a covered terrace to the east and a garden to the north with fruit trees and a garden shed (where you can store your bikes), parking space for 2 to 3 vehicles. There is no overlooking, and a lovely, uninterrupted view over the fields awaits you...

Etienne and Sophie, the owners, live on site and will be delighted to guide you in your choice of visits. You are 15 minutes from Chemillé, 30 minutes from Doué-La-Fontaine, 35 minutes from Cholet, 40 minutes from Saumur and 50 minutes from Angers.
For families with young children: folding bed, deckchair, bath, potty, step. Pack light: beds made up and towels available. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Due to 2 steps to access the bedroom and bathroom, the gîte is not easily accessible for PRMs. Wifi internet connection.
