Enjoy a comfortable gîte in the heart of the small village of La Chapelle, just a few kilometres from Angers and Nantes, and 1h15 from the ocean.
Dominique and Jo Biré offer you a personal welcome to their comfortable gîte: a local-style house measuring 78 m².
The gîte is ideally situated between Angers, Nantes and the Puy du Fou, in a small village in the heart of unspoilt countryside, steeped in the gentle Angevin atmosphere described by Joachim du Bellay and Julien Gracq...
It can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for couples, families, groups of friends or as work accommodation, with all the comforts of home:
- on the ground floor, a fitted kitchen with microwave, a living room with sitting area. A room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available.
- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (CH1: 1 pull-out bed 80x2 - children's bed 60x120 - CH2: 2 bunk beds 90, 1 bed 90 - CH3: 1 bed 140) and a shower room.
Board games and books are available on site.
Outside the gîte, enjoy access to a private courtyard and a 680 m² enclosed landscaped garden, as well as a petanque area.
Located on the Route Touristique du Vignoble, owner Jo can advise you on the local and Angevin vineyards.
For walkers, there are plenty of footpaths through rolling countryside, vineyards, the river and the Loire.
As part of your "Loire by Bike" tour, the gîte is a great place to stop and take the time to explore the surrounding countryside.
