Situated in the north of the Anjou region, in the heart of the Sarthe valley, this 18th-century farmhouse has been converted into a gîte and is surrounded by 6.5 hectares of parkland with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and private garden. Horses welcome.

The gîte consists of a restored 18th century farmhouse, set in a group of buildings from the same period, including a Gentilhommière (manor house) inhabited by the owners. The property is surrounded by 6.5 hectares of parkland, ideal for walks.
On one level, this gîte has two bedrooms with twin beds and one bedroom with a single bed and a cot (can be extended with a 2-seater sofa bed).
There is a vast 40m² lounge/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a shower room with WC.
Make the most of the outside in the private garden and especially the swimming pool (unheated and shared with the owners).
Riders and their horses are welcome.
