What if luxury were space and views? Nestling in La Chapelle-Saint-Florent, the Gîte de la Riverie opens its doors to you. Here, time seems to stand still in the face of an exceptional panorama: an uninterrupted view of the abbey church of Saint-Florent-le-Vieil, a "Petite Cité de Caractère" which watches over the Loire.
A house that exudes serenity
Carefully renovated to preserve its soul and its old stones while offering modern comforts, this charming gîte sleeps up to 8 people.
-The sleeping area : Four bedrooms designed for your privacy.
A master bedroom with a 180x200cm bed and its own private bathroom (walk-in shower and large washbasin) and a second bedroom with a 180x200cm bed, also with its own walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.
Two flexible bedrooms: Perfect for children or friends, each has two 90x200cm beds (which may or may not be adjoined). They share a large bathroom with a shower and bath and separate toilet.
-Living area: A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge and all you need for breakfast (kettle, coffee machine, toaster).

Set between countryside and rivers, the gîte opens onto two gardens. One of them, a veritable balcony overlooking the valley, welcomes you on its terrace with outdoor table and garden furniture for barbecued meals or siestas in deckchairs, facing one of the most beautiful views in the Anjou region.

From the property, a path through the fields leads directly to the banks of the river Èvre. If you have your fishing licence (available from the Ôsez Mauges Tourist Office in Saint-Florent-le-Vieil), this is a little wild paradise waiting to be discovered.
