Old house located in a hamlet of character in the heart of the vineyards, close to the Château de Brissac and 17 minutes from the centre of Angers. Entirely independent, the gîte opens onto 890m² of enclosed grounds.

Ground floor: sitting room (TV, fireplace, free WiFi, board games), living room, kitchen (microwave), utility room (washing machine + tumble dryer), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x200 and 1 single bed 160x200 with en-suite shower room and wc, computer sockets).
First floor: 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200) with en-suite shower room and wc.

Facilities: high chair and cot available on request. Sheets and household linen available for hire. Cleaning charge 50 euros.
